Lauren and Hugh will describe the contract provisions that contribute to a subcontractor’s risk on a project, explain how these contract provisions can affect a subcontractor’s risk, and discuss best practices to mitigate risk created by these contract provisions. Check out the event flyer.
The presentation will include discussion of force majeure, suspension and termination clauses, notice provisions, no damage for delay, contingent pay clauses, and others, highlighting specific examples related to COVID-19 and other recent events where applicable.
